Team Annual Christmas Party 2024

The Annual Christmas Staff event for our client took place in the Guinness Storehouse, Dublin. CCIS co-ordinated with the venue for over 6 months in preparation for the event, a collaborative approach to ensure that our clients exact needs on the night were fulfilled and that their employees enjoyed a truly memorable occasion.

Using Conference Diary, our inhouse conference and event portal, which is accessible to delegates and employees 24/7, we created a festive themed registration page featuring our healthcare client specific branding. Through our portal, all the company employees were able to easily register their attendance along with dietary requirements, special assistance, and any other requirements in less than a minute. 

Magicians were arranged to entertain guests when they arrived for the drink’s reception. A DJ was organised and later in the evening a fantastic local band entertained all and got everyone in the festive spirit. Buffet catering stations were in place for 360 guests who attended the event, CCIS had a team of 3 staff onsite to manage the logistics ensuring everything flowed seamlessly.  At the end of the night, CCIS arranged and coordinated coach transfers for the guests to get everyone home safely.  The response on the night and post event from our client and their employees was fantastic as demonstrated by the feedback by the key coordinator of the event on behalf of their company.
