CCIS provide our clients with a personalised and creative itinerary that ensures that your company and your people take maximum benefit from business meetings, incentive activities, networking, and social activities.
Researching and Recommending city venues
Once we receive your initial briefing and if necessary, a detailed scoping call together, we immediately start looking at a variety of city and hotel venues that can accommodate your company get together. Typically, we would look at 3 separate locations each with something that specifically aligns with your meeting objectives. This could be a cultural aspect that the location offers or something in the countryside that offers a variety of outdoor and wildlife activities.
Hotel accommodation that conforms to your internal compliances
Along with a choice of locations we will include a choice of hotel accommodation that ideally are also able to host your conference/meeting event.
Budget Management & Credit Control
Its essential that a key component measuring the success of your company event is that the agreed budget is not exceeded. We have costed budgets for multiple conference events and have always managed to identify savings and other initiatives that typically result in arriving at a final cost under what was budgeted for the event.

Ground Transport
We will arrange ground transportation with vehicles chosen around the size of the group, whether for individuals travelling alone or for groups, large and small whilst ensuring that the transportation company complies with all regulatory and customer standards.
Airport Meet & Greets
Your delegates will be met by our chauffeur with a meeting sign that complies with your requirements thus ensuring that their transition from the airport into their waiting vehicle is seamless. The driver details will be communicated to the delegates before they land to further eliminate any confusion within a busy airport environment.
On-Site Support
We can arrange for CCIS to have their own personnel on the ground to personally support all the appropriate logistics as well as be the point person for your organisation for the entire event. We would arrive at least 24 hours before the event to perform final checks and remain on site until all the delegates are safely on their way home.
Suitable Conference Facilities
We work closely with Conference venues for suitable location, size and capacity, layout and aesthetics, parking and accessibility, Sustainability and Accommodation. Also ensuring to work closely with AV company for any Stage and set up requirements to choose a venue that can cater for all aspects.
Staging & Setup
Effective stage design captivates delegates from the start. Effective lighting and visual effects. Stage design enhances your presentations and delivery of meeting objectives. We work closely with you during meeting brief to capture your requirements.
A/V Management
Working closely with our preferred AV Suppliers, ensuring qualified technical staff who can manage sound setup, deliver presentations effectively, troubleshooting and monitoring during event.
Restaurants & Catering
We take care to identify restaurants that are able to accommodate the group in one location whilst considering dietary requirements and your budget. We can organise Gala Dinner events, award night events and multiple venues for various team groups dining requirements.
Team Building & Workshops
We can enhance your company event through a variety of creative and unique group activities that include kick-off conference activities, CSR, Icebreakers , Treasure Trails, Escape Games and Evening Entertainment and Outdoor Team building events.
