We at CCIS are once again delighted to be supporting one of our local Gaelic GAA clubs by supplying jerseys for the U14 and 15 boys Clondegad Football team. Based in Ballynacally County Clare, Clondegad GAA club, which was founded in 1943, has a long and honorable tradition of playing Gaelic games and more particularly Gaelic football. The first community involvement at that time was at a dance, which was held in Ballynacally school, which was held to raise the cost of a set of jerseys. Red and black were the colours chosen and to this day, remain the club colours.
As well as Clondegad, CCIS over the years has also contributed to other local sporting associations including Ballyea Hurling Club and Fern Celtic Soccer Teams.
