CCIS The Conference Company is a leading international conference management company specialising in providing bespoke conference management, global experiences and delegate services to the International Healthcare Market & Multinational Corporate Organisations.

As well as managing conferences and events we can offer a suite of complimentary services including private group tours, exciting team building events, company in-house meetings and a host of land and water based activities to make your conference event something really special.

Our Experience

With over 20 years’ experience delivering Meetings, Incentive, Conference and Event requirements for our clients, we have delivered more than 2,000 congress and client events for some of the world’s leading healthcare names.

We have hosted multiple events globally, including the following locations:

History of CCIS

Founded in 2001 CCIS quickly gained a solid reputation for delivering conference and event services across Europe, USA, Asia and the Middle East. In 2020, with new owners and a management team headed by Caroline O’Connor, a suite of new services was developed to enhance the overall offerings that CCIS is now able to offer its clients. The business acquired its own premises in 2021 and is headquartered in County Clare, Ireland.

Meet the Owner

Caroline O’Connor

Caroline has worked in the service industry for 25 years. She joined CCIS in 2017 as General Manager before taking on ownership in 2020. Prior to CCIS Caroline spent 15 years working for a FTSE 250 London based PLC that owned and operated the largest global network of Private Jet Airport Terminals. As Area Director Caroline had responsibility for its operations in Ireland, Germany, Greece and France gaining invaluable cultural experience which has assisted CCIS with events it has held in these territories.

Away from the business Caroline is actively involved with the local sporting community and currently manages an U16 Ladies Soccer Team.
